Praying Mantis Chills On Baseball Player's Head During Game
Perhaps she'll become the team mascot!

Usually, a baseball team consists of nine players on the field. But recently, the Washington Nationals had ten!
The team's special guest was none other than a fabulous praying mantis. The insect appeared on center-fielder Victor Robles' hat sometime in the ninth inning of the Nationals vs. Phillies game on Monday night.
At first, it was unclear whether Robles was aware of his small passenger, as he didn't seem bothered in the slightest. However, the player made a signal to his fellow teammates later on, including the bug on his hat.
It's unknown where the pretty bug came from, but she quickly became part of the team. Perhaps she'll become the team mascot!
The praying mantis was perched proudly on Robles' head throughout the game.
It was unclear at first whether the player knew he had a passenger on board.

But, before long, Robles made a gesture to his special "teammate."

Commentators had fun with the situation.
And his fans were understandably impressed!
