Sometimes, our coworkers can be a real pain and make you despise coming to work in the morning. Although other times, the people we work with can become great life-long friends, particularly when you see them every day. 

This can be a recipe for disaster though, as seeing the same people every day can be a real trigger and they can get on your nerves all too easily. 

Which is why pranks in the office are a great way to deal with both your friends and your enemies in your industry. And some of the ones listed here are absolutely hilarious, whilst others are just plain evil.

An annoying surprise while trying to work.

Taking apart the keyboards in order to plant a garden where they least expect it.

A really high-tech form of communication.

I can't count the amount of times someone has hit me with the upside down monitor.

Hidden messages in the keyboard.

A copier surprise.

Lazer trip wires in the office.

Really take it literally when someone says they have 'tied up the line'.

Pure evil use of zip ties.

But even worse, are airhorns...

Strategically placed for ultimate damage to ears...

And this would absolutely make me jump.

But this one is 100 times worse

And this one is the most genius but also a complete pain in the neck.

Make a mess that is hell to clean up.

Keeping the paper trend going.

And using kitchen products to wrap the office in...

...works nicely as a classic prank

For a more pleasant prank, try a ball pit on their birthday.

Or a well positioned cardboard cut out is extremely effective.

Creepy art on the toilet paper goes a long way.

Or even worse, limit the use of toilet paper entirely.

Play with everyone's worst nightmares.

Or find an art in knot tying for office aerobics.

And bring the vacation to them instead, so they never have to leave.

And when they are really fired out, pull out the big guns.
