A lot of people have their own small personal projects that they dedicate their free time to whenever they can, Brian Kesinger is one of those people. His day job is at Walt Disney Animation Studio as a story artist, and his night job fully consists of him working on his own personal project called Walking Your Octopus. In this project, Kesinger manages to perfectly blend Disney with the steampunk universe where he comes up with some of the best adventures of a very unusual friendship.

Each illustration is a day-to-day adventure of an independent girl-about-town Victoria Psismall and her pet land octopus Otto. 

"Everyone can relate to having a pet," Kesinger states. "What I wanted to do with Otto and Victoria is to ask the question 'What if your pet was an octopus?' As soon as you do that you start to raise humorous scenarios like how hard would it be to housebreak an octopus when they're inking everywhere."

The illustrations humorously document the duo's home and social activities that include (among other things) bathing, biking, dating, cooking and playing croquet. Here are some of them.
