Rules, schmooles! They suck and everybody wants us to abide by them. Like our mother's who tells us don't you dare be on your cell phone at dinner or the government who wants to restrict us from not eating in a library. I mean people! I like a snack when I am reading, it helps the creative juices flow. It is criminal of them to do that to us. 

But then on the other hand if we weren't raised to abide by rules then the world would be a place of chaos, even more than it is at the moment, but you get where I am going! Sometimes though small rules can be bent and broken for some fun, only if nobody will get hurt. Some rules are just beyond ridiculous. EIther way, always be safe guys!
