We've always been under the impression that as far as dogs are concerned, fluffy dogs are exceptionally adorable. This pup in particular seems to be a worthy example.
Meet Chief, the adorable Oreo Cloud! The fluffy dog mostly goes by his nickname, but it's safe to say both names fit the poofy pup perfectly.
His owner, Sara Hamilton, shared some precious photos of her little Oreo Cloud fluff in a Facebook group called Dogspotting Society. In no time at all, the seriously cute dog went viral.
I mean, obviously. Look at the cute little guy.
People had all the heart eyes in the world for her fluffy Oreo Cloud. The best of all?
This dog isn't only easy on the eyes, he's also very laid back and intelligent. So much so that he's on his way to become a therapy dog.
Oh.My.Goodness.
Sara HamiltonHe's too much! Wow.π
Sara Hamilton"We named him Chief because he will grow to be around 85 pounds and also because he is most definitely a leader, not a follower,β Sara divulged. βHe came to us fully potty-trained at 8 weeks and is very well-behaved, he learns quickly!β
She also said that he is 'very protective and loves to sleep by the main door every night.'
I just want to give him all the love.
theoreocloudHe has to be the most gorgeously marked dog I've ever seen.
theoreocloudβThe first thing we noticed about him besides his cute spots is that he loves to cuddle and he will nap on you. He has the loudest snore out of everyone in the household.β His owner said of Chief.
He knows he's cute.
theoreocloudHer and her husband also shared that they noticed right off the bat, that he loves baths and gets very jealous when he realizes that someone is about to take one without him.
I sense just a bit of sass here. π
theoreocloudβThis sweet fluff entered our lives just a bit over one week ago. Perfect timing now that we have a lot of time to spend with him as a puppy. He came to us from Omaha, Nebraska, which is about a 1,700 mile journey to Northern California! We are a recently married couple and we felt this was a great time to add to our little family. He also has a chameleon brother,β Sara added.
How incredible!
Awwwe.
theoreocloudWhat an adorable babe.
theoreocloudLittle Chief was born and raised near lots of children. So he's naturally used to kids and loves everyone he meets.
Sara added, βI have a background volunteering with sick kids in hospitals, so I knew that he would be the most amazing therapy dog that would help bring a little joy to those in their darkest moments.β
I love this so much! He's perfect for the job.
theoreocloudHis eyes are captivating.π
theoreocloudAs of now, the couple has been staying home, so they're taking the opportunity to properly train their little fluff daily with the etiquette they ultimately desire. βHe is progressing very well,β Sara said.
βOnce the world heals and we can resume normal life, we will be taking him to attend a series of basic dog training and therapy classes. Once he is one year old and has taken the essential classes, he can officially take his final test to be certified. Then he will be working weekly visits in childrenβs hospitals.β
