Mickey Mouse celebrated his 50th anniversary in 1978 and as a part of that monumental celebration (that is not far off from being doubled, mind you,) he got his very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Mickey Mouse was the first animated character to hold that prestigious Hollywood honor and it wasn't until 2018 that Minnie Mouse joined him!

If there's a life lesson there, it's probably something about how anything is achievable even if it seems unlikely or preposterous. Disney fans, of course, are not immune to preposterous.
