When someone mentions the 90s or early 2000s, we tend to smile and reminisce about our favorite moments with a blast from the past. But then we’d realize, the 90s weren’t just yesterday, they were over 20 years ago. Talk about a rude awakening right?

Time is a very fickle thing. It tends to soar, move by quickly, or even slow done its pace. Periods of time can often be very nostalgic and bump up significant moments of our life.

It can be when we felt the safest, or perhaps when things took a turn for us. Age doesn’t even matter as the moments we remember reflect what we wish to remember about a certain era and how we talk about it in the current era.

Most often, the moments we feel nostalgic about are when we felt the most loved and nurtured. However, nostalgia can only go so far. The moment it starts interfering with our ability to stay within the present, step back and stop as it might affect our general mood and aura.
