The internet didn't exist back then, and there were no distractions like social media or email messages constantly popping up on your phone while you try desperately not to read them, so they go away forever. 

But let's admire it; the 90s had a sense of authenticity to them that we don't see in today's pop culture. We had these magnificent MTV shows and unimaginable music bands that you could relate to on your own level with no barriers or judgments from others about how or what type of music they liked.

And, not to forget, the fashion back then was just what every teenager wanted, "chef's kiss." It's hard to find a single thing from the 1990s that wasn't amazing.

The music, movies, and TV shows were all top-notch back then. Nostalgia for this era won't ever end because everything seemed so brighter when you grew up in it.
