It’s said you can't pick your family, and that can also apply to your neighbors. An individual can consider themselves fortunate if they live in good conditions and have neighbors who are understanding and willing to help.
However, how do you deal with neighbors who believe they are superior to you and make your life tough with their behavior? One Reddit user, @Jeleki2020, chose to share a story about her entitled neighbors who believed they were free to do whatever they wanted without regard to the consequences of their actions.
The lady began her story by saying that she stays with her two teenage sons in a calm neighborhood where each house has its own garage. Since the lady lives with her children alone, she has just one vehicle that she parks in her garage, while her neighbors have many vehicles that they sometimes park in their driveways or on the street.
One evening, her neighbor came knocking, saying that one of his children had recently turned 16, so they got him a truck. The issue was that they didn't have a lot of room, so he asked if his child could park his truck in her driveway.
The OP clarified that she can't permit her child to park it there since she uses this driveway and his truck will block her way. The man persisted, but the OP disagreed.

Many people would agree that it's very critical to have a good connection with your neighbors, as no one can tell when you will require some assistance from them.
Philip Mallis (not the actual photo)The following day, the OP told her co-workers what transpired, and one of them figured it would be smart for her to send an email to her homeowner’s association (HOA), just to report what was happening in case the matter escalated, which it did. Here is the OP's story in full:

Jeleki2020 Jeleki2020It happened that the OP noticed that her child wasn’t feeling well, so she chose to take him to the doctor for a check-up. Then, she noticed that the neighbor's son's truck was in her driveway.
So she went to her neighbor and retold them that their child couldn't leave his vehicle on her driveway, and if that should repeat itself, she would tow the vehicle. Well, it happened again, and she kept to her words.
