It's not a surprise that there are truly psychotic people living among us, and sometimes, it's even someone in real life that you least expect to do such questionable things. The world is a cruel place to live, and mankind is truly not safe from itself.
As much as we hope that these horrible incidences can only happen in movies, it is actually the other way around. A lot of adaptations are based and rooted on real-life murders and serial killers with memories that still haunt society as of this day.
With a world so broad and so diverse, you can always expect some mind-boggling and sometimes gruesome things to hear along as you go through life. Sadly, that's just how the way it is, but humans have always had this fascination about death and macabre that stories involving murder are just another pastime reading entertainment for them.
We just sincerely hope we don't fall onto the unfortunate ends of these stories, because hey, as much as they are entertaining to read and watch, we don't wish to be the ones narrating these stories! For some people, however, they did have an unfortunate opportunity to have a real-life anecdote about almost being murdered, as shared by the people on r/AskReddit.
