Across 49,091 songs analyzed, this pop masterpiece, featured on Houston’s Whitney album, has dominated wedding playlists. Be it the energetic dance sets to first-dance moments, it’s always there. 

The song graces over 24% of wedding-themed Spotify playlists worldwide, proving that few can resist its electrifying beat and feel-good vibe.

ABBA’s ‘Dancing Queen.’ came second

Hot on her heels is ABBA’s ‘Dancing Queen.’ The 1976 disco hit sashayed its way into 394 playlists, gracing just over 19% of weddings. With its jubilant beats and iconic status, it’s the song that guarantees guests will “feel the beat of the tambourine” all night long.

Rounding out the top three is Usher’s 2004 banger “Yeah!” featuring Lil Jon and Ludacris. This high-energy track held the Billboard Hot 100’s top spot for 12 consecutive weeks and continues to dominate wedding dance floors, appearing in over 19% of playlists.
