If you've ever worked in customer service (especially retail), sold something online (Facebook Marketplace, what's up), or basically dealt with human beings in any capacity, you will know how seriously freaking entitled some people can be!

I used to work in a zoo. A full on state zoo. We had tons of animals, like the big ones; lions, tigers, giraffes, bears, orang-utans, penguins... and so much more.

All those animals have to eat. They also need zoo keepers to take care of them. Newsflash, Zoo Keepers are usually zoologists and zoologists go to college for a long freakin' time!

They also need vets, which are doctors. They need enclosures to be maintained and cleaned. They are usually all part of conservation and breeding programs. Oh, and everyone who works at the zoo, they need to get paid, too! There is soooo much that goes into humane zoos and I cannot even explain to you how many people came to the zoo and demanded to be let in for free.

Your mind would be blown. The entitlement is seriously real.
