Look, cats are not the neatest of creatures. Although cats have a reputation for being obsessed with cleanliness (and hating water,) cats are actually quite messy.
Sometimes, people get a little distracted by the fact they because cats are self-cleaning, and that cats rather politely use a litterbox, and that makes us assume cats are a clean and tidy pet to have.
Sadly, they are not. For one, cats shed a lot of fur--seriously how is there so much fur both on my floor AND on my cat? You can use your cat's shedded fur for crafts!
From the way that the pull threads on everything and pull their toys part, to the way that they often leave a trail of destruction behind them as they do demonic sprints up the hallway at 3am. Nevertheless, the cutest mess they leave?
