Man Loses It After His Ex-Wife Persists That They Evict Their Late Son’s Pregnant Girlfriend And Sell His Apartment

Losing a child to the cold hands of death is one of the saddest things ever. The pain and loneliness it brings to the affected family is indescribable, especially when the child is in their youth.

Parents get to bear the gut-wrenching emotional burden of such a loss while finding the best way to cope with life after death. They have to navigate life without a piece of their hearts, and this can be one of the hardest things to do.

We found someone who understands this firsthand. But his troubles go beyond just losing a child.

This piece features a sad tale by a divorcee who lost his 22-year-old firefighter son. The brave lad, Micheal, died in service, leaving behind his pregnant girlfriend, Ilhan.

Weeks before Micheal passed away, OP (original poster) and his ex-wife had helped their son secure an apartment. However, getting his ex-wife to share in the cost of this apartment was difficult, as she never liked Ilhan.

Not long after their son died, OP revealed that his ex-wife approached him and asked that they sell the apartment. It was a strange request considering that Micheal’s pregnant girlfriend was still living in the house and had nowhere to go.

OP was eager to assist Ilhan in any way possible, and so he proposed to pay off his ex-wife’s contribution. But she insisted on selling the apartment, stating that Ilhan didn’t deserve to get the house.

Now his ex-wife is on his neck to sell off their son's apartment. The only problem is that Ilhan has nowhere else to go since her parents kicked her out for getting pregnant

There's a big UPDATE...OP would be selling the apartment, but Ilhan would move into his house in the meantime. In addition, the proceeds from the apartment would be going into a savings account for his grandson

While Ilhan could not keep the apartment, at least she got to stay with OP, who seems pretty excited about the baby’s arrival. In addition, the child will be getting some money.

This story has a lot of different elements to it, but one thing that stands out most is the power of family. No matter what your relationship with a family member may be, when they’re in need, you tend to come through for them.

We can only hope that this wonderful man is able to continuously provide a stable living conditions for Ilhan and his grandson.
