There is no doubt that Louis Vuitton is an icon, and the bags are coveted by men and women alike all throughout the world. Once you have one, it's likely you'll do almost anything to protect it, especially with the price you pay for an item. Jerad Kluting, 31, from Michigan, experienced the incredibly terrifying moment when an armed robber approached him and demanded that he hand over his Louis Vuitton.
Kluting was out running errands and on his walk home, he saw a man approaching him and alarm bells set off. His instincts were correct, as the man covered his mouth with a bandana and proceeded to pull a gun out and pointed it at him point-blank. The robber then demanded that Kluting hand over his Louis Vuitton bag.
"I wasn’t about ready to relinquish it to some thug that was going to demand it from me... I paid $1,700 for it. I love Louis Vuitton," Kluting said. "I saw this bag long before I could buy it and I saved up to buy it. It represents me.”
Jerad Kluting was walking home last week from the shops when an armed man stopped him and demanded he hand over his Louis Vuitton bag.
