Kathy Hilton Makes Special Appearance On RHOBH Reunion After Her Departure One Year Ago

Filming for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 reunion began on January 26, and Kathy Hilton paid a special visit to the set. In an Instagram post by Bravo on January 27, Kathy can be seen posing outside a trailer wearing a sequined skirt and matching cape.

"Kathy Hilton makes a special appearance during the #RHOBH Reunion," the caption read. "Coming soon."

Among the attendees were cast members Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, Garcelle Beauvais, Crystal Kung Minkoff, and newcomer Annemarie Wiley. Of course, Kathy is Kyle's older sister, and during Kathy's final season of RHOBH, the sisters had a falling out.

Kathy appeared on the show sparingly throughout seasons 11 and 12 before deciding to call it quits permanently. Instead, she has been focusing on her daughter Paris Hilton's show, Paris in Love.

When asked if she'd be keen to return to the cast of RHOBH, Kathy said, "If it's the same exact cast? Absolutely not!" She continued, "I'm just a friend, so it doesn't matter."

Of the cast members, Kathy said, "I don't even like to say what other people should be. I just think that you need to mix things up a little bit."

Kyle's marriage difficulties are the focus of RHOBH season 13, which is currently airing on Bravo. It was confirmed in July 2023 that Kyle had separated from her husband, Mauricio Umansky.

"When I first saw the news, it broke my heart," Kathy said, weighing in on her little sister's separation. "Kyle - believe it or not - is the youngest, but she's also the strongest and the bossiest," she said.

"There's no way Kyle would've gone this far unless she really thought about it," Kathy continued. But when Kathy's comments made headlines, Kyle wasn't impressed.

"Here's the thing, the truth is, my sisters, have been very supportive by offering their support, texting me, calling me, but I haven't shared with my sisters anything about really what's going on in my marriage, to be honest," Kyle said. "I tend to keep to myself when I'm going through a difficult time."
