Artist Creates Comics About The Short-Lived Life Of An Ice Cube And They're Too Wholesome To Handle

Artist Peng Ven Wong is the creator of a series of comics featuring an ice cube with a positive attitude. How did this adorable idea come to mind, you ask? Well, the answer might be a little different than what you expect it to be.

Wong's comic series, Cubemelt, was an idea born from a low point in their art career; a point where they were full of self doubt and uncertainty about the future. They compared the feeling of their life and opportunities slipping away to ice cubes melting away in a soda.

From that metaphor, Cubemelt was born. The point of the comics is to bring positivity and joy into the world, which I think it's doing a great job at.
