Man Gets Roasted For Posting An Illustration Showing Appreciation For The Obstacles Women Face In The Workforce

So, when a man posts a Tweet about appreciating the obstacles working women face from day to day, you would think that would be a good thing, right? You would think he would be praised for being so lovely and thoughtful, wouldn't you?

Well, usually, yes. But in this case, not so much. You see, here's where Indian businessman, Anand Mahindra, went wrong. He posted a cartoon image by Carlin, Peru's most popular political cartoonist, titled 'Meritocracy,' which depicts the obstacles women face in the workforce and everyday life.

Anand was struck by the image because he had recently babysat for his young grandson, which made him realize how difficult life can be when you have to work at a job and home! So, Anand was moved to Tweet about it.

Of course, people had something to say about Anand comparing his own experience to that of the obstacles women have been facing for centuries.

Anand then made the mistake of comparing his own experience of babysitting his grandchild for a short time, to that of the obstacles women have been facing for centuries.
