The days of eating tide pods are over, because now people are resorting to licking ice cream that will be bought by an innocent future consumer
It's incredible to me how people so shamelessly will follow others on their silly tirades like little lost sheep. Are we really so disconnected now as a society that we don't have a mind of our own? That in order to get validation from people, we have to resort to shock and horror concepts with terrible things that are on trend?
Earlier this month, a woman was caught on video licking ice cream from the tub, only to put it back in the supermarket's freezer section.

Little did she know, or realize, is that what she did was punishable for up to two years in Texas.
Lenise Martin III made the same mistake, this time in Louisiana
He also poked his fingers in to the icecream to incite even more shock -! and horror -!
Even though Martin put the icecream back in the freezer, there was something different about this situation
He had a receipt as proof of purchase that he was able to show to the cops when they arrived at the store
Despite this, the video uploaded (and the manager baring witness) caused Martin to be arrested
He was charged with property tampering, and also posting criminal activity. Fair enough in my book!
Martin may face up to six months imprisonment, and/or a $500 fine
