Getting high is always unpredictable, it can quickly go from 0 to 100 and you're suddenly stuck in a weird state for a certain period of time, the more you try to sober up the worse it gets. As soon as that paranoia hits you, that's when you start reevaluating your whole life and everything around you becomes threatening. Then the craziest ideas event come rushing in.
