40 Hilarious Photos That Show Not All Beauty Salons Are Employing Stellar Beauticians
Coming out of a salon is either the best or worst day of your life, and it's wild to realize you put so much into the hands of one person's skills (or in these cases... lack thererof.)
You may have heard of the saying, "Great hair doesn't happen by chance, it happens by appointment." Whether or not you would agree, there's no denying that a trip to the beauty salon is always an exciting time, especially when you have been waiting for months just to finally have that change you have always thought of.
Many of us love experimenting with our looks and switching up our appearance—whether it's a sign of a significant change in our lives or we just plainly want to spruce things up and die our hair a bold color. One way or another, changing up our style or just painting our nails a new funky or chic color is sure one way to lift our mood up whenever we have been feeling down.
Some of us opt for the cheaper option: dye our hair or paint our nails ourselves. But mistakes are bound to happen, especially when we aren't really professionals at this craft, so we still turn to the nearest beauty salon to ask for help.
But sometimes, going to the salon just makes everything worse. Don't get us wrong—we know not all beauty salons have a horrible reputation, but let's face it, we all have experienced the horror of watching our stylist completely butcher our hair while looking at ourselves in the mirror at least once in our life.
Here are some of the most hilariously tragic moments when people got out of the salon horrified and then posted for all the people on the Internet to see!

Getting out of a salon can really be a nightmare, and it's even hard enough to see them ruining your hair or nails the entire time but you are too nice to say anything about it. Let's not generalize these businesses, though, because there really are a lot of great salons out there—you just have to do your research first!
