Here Are 50 Before And After Pictures Of Amazing And Kindhearted People Who Donated Their Hair To Charity
These are the unsung heroes of our time

There are unsung heroes out there who, out of the kindness of their hearts, are prepared to donate their hair to adults and children undergoing cancer treatment. These people split up their hair, which is subsequently treated and used to create authentic hair wigs for those who have lost their own.
For children and young adults who have lost their own hair due to cancer treatment or other diseases, including alopecia, the Little Princess Trust offers human hair wigs at no cost. Every year, The Little Princess Trust gives out around 2,000 real hair wigs to children and young adults up to the age of 24.
Her hair loss was particularly distressing because she had been diagnosed with a Wilms tumor a year prior to her death. "Her parents felt the most fitting tribute to the five-year-old would be a charity dedicated to providing wigs to children who had lost their own hair through cancer treatment and other conditions."
All this is possible, thanks to its supporters, who not only donate their hair but also raise money for the cause. In honor of Hannah Tarplee, the Trust was established in 2005.
Thankfully, these heroes can at least share a moment of fame thanks to the internet's magic, as many of them have before and after photos that we have collected here.

50. Hair Donation

Losing hair can be incredibly frightening and indicate a complete change in your life. So, having a wig fitted and styled increases your self-esteem and helps you regain some semblance of normalcy.
The donated wigs can help restore a young person's identity and confidence, as well as provide a child with a small bit of normalcy in a world where so much else is changing. Since its founding, the Little Princess Trust has given wigs to almost 15,000 young people of all genders and that's a beautiful thing.
