If you're in any type of customer service position then you've probably dealt with a difficult customer, a "Karen", or just someone who's giving you a hard time. These types of customers are not uncommon and a lot of people do things every day that grocery store employees just don't like.

If you've never worked at a grocery store before then you might not necessarily relate to these, but if you've worked in any customer service job it definitely can apply there as well. Grocery store employee jobs should be easy and shouldn't cause a lot of problems, but sometimes the customers just don't make it easy on them.

We have done our part and compiled a list of things that you'll really only understand if you're a grocery store employee or at least someone who has worked in some sort of customer service before. We can definitely relate to a good handful, if not all, of these things. Grocery store employees really do put up with a lot, but maybe now we can be both better employees and customers.
