If you're in any type of customer service position then you've probably dealt with a difficult customer, a "Karen", or just someone who's giving you a hard time. These types of customers are not uncommon and a lot of people do things every day that grocery store employees just don't like.

If you've never worked at a grocery store before then you might not necessarily relate to these, but if you've worked in any customer service job it definitely can apply there as well. Grocery store employee jobs should be easy and shouldn't cause a lot of problems, but sometimes the customers just don't make it easy on them.
