The OP got pranked by his girlfriend, who lives with her grandparents. OP is a college student who lives alone in a different place away from everyone close to him, but before he started dating his girlfriend, he bought a two-month-old kitten.

This is because he doesn’t want to feel lonely, and she’s the sweetest, most loving kitten the OP's ever seen. The OP had to travel abroad, and he left the kitten for his girlfriend to take care of upon her request.
