Studio Ghibli is in the business of creating magic and their magic translates through gifs too
Since 1986, with the release of Castle In The Sky, Studio Ghibli has captivated the minds and hearts of us all. Their animators and storytellers have worked together for over three decades to create timeless films and shorts with an unexplainable sense of magic.

The striking and mesmerizing backgrounds and the unmistakable anime-style characters may be what initially draws audiences in, but the stories that bring those characters to life are what make life-long fans. There’s something so satisfying and comforting with the animation of even the simplest scenes.
Like the perfect bowl of homemade ramen with a fried egg on top, the mundane act of cutting vegetables. Simpler, still, a nap in the forest while butterflies flutter about, how the water ripples when stepping into, or the wind blowing through tall grass.
