Redditor Has"Cat-a-strophic" Experience While Working From Home With Furry Colleague

In recent years, working from home has become the new normal for many people. It certainly has its advantages, but like anything, it can't be smooth sailing all the time.

Reddit user u/CantMathAtAll recently shared a story in the r/TIFU subreddit about a hilariously disastrous situation she found herself in while working from home. She explained that she primarily works from home so that she can take care of all her animals.

The OP says she has a dark grey folding chair so that she can move around the house easily. She also has a dark grey cat who is clingy, to say the least.

The Redditor says her furry friend is very dramatic whenever he's away from her for any length of time. So, the OP usually lets him stay and "help" her during her workday, referring to him as her "coworker."

Recently, the OP's feline friend stole her chair while she was away getting coffee. When she returned, she collapsed into her chair with full force.

Unfortunately, Mr. Cat was already occupying the chair. He let out a scream of distress as he tried to get out from under the OP.

The Redditor, who was only wearing a t-shirt and leggings at the time, received some pretty nasty scratches and bites from her furry colleague, which caused her to rocket out of the chair. Of course, the chair went backward, and the OP went flying.
