For years, millennials and young people in general have been absolutely hammered by their elders. Hammered for having no respect, for being lazy, for not knowing, 'the value of hard work', for being rude... for pretty much just about EVERYTHING! Well, young people are now hitting back. The emergence of the phrase, 'Ok Boomer' has taken the world by absolute storm as a way of shutting down criticism and archaic behaviour by the 'baby boomers' (people born before 1965) in our lives. I'm 29, so I can speak pretty passionately about this, and I LOVEEE saying, 'OK Boomer!' pretty much any chance I can.
