Being friends with your boss on Facebook is a really bad idea unless you want to lose all of your freedom of speech. 

As we all know, social media can definitely get you fired, some people are even using it as leverage after losing an argument, you will constantly see people on Twitter mentioning the person's boss and trying to get them fired for speaking their mind and exercising their right to free speech.

This time, an employee got fired for sharing a funny meme on Facebook. The meme he shared was a pic of Elmo sitting on the potty with the caption: 

“Boss makes a dollar, I make a dime. That’s why I poop on company time,”
