How These Famous Malamutes Made This Couple's Wedding So Much Better

Let's face it, today there are a lot of super-famous animals/pets on Instagram but we are definitely not complaining. We get to see some of the cutest, sweetest, spunkiest, and most amazing dogs and cats in the entire world and feel a deep connection to them through their social media posts. They make us laugh, they make us cry, they make our days so much better.

Niko and Phil have been no exception to their adoring fans. Along with their kitty compadre, MIlo, the two Alaskan Malamutes have gained over 300,000 followers on Instagram!  Alaskan Malamutes are large, fluffy dogs with adorable and loving personalities and Niko and Phil have some of the most precious faces we've ever seen. It's no surprise they are so very popular on the Internet!

Just look at those precious faces. Admit it, you're sucked in already!

They are so SERIOUSLY fluffy.

Anyway, that's not all we're diving into today because as the title suggests, these very famous dogs got to participate in their owners' wedding recently and it's the sweetest thing we've EVER seen.

Shane and Emma-Leigh knew they wanted Phil and Niko to be a part of their special day as soon as they knew they were going to get married and spend the rest of their lives together.

And it sure looks like these big, floofy dogs were just as stoked about the idea.

However, the couple says it wasn't as easy as they made it look...

It turns out there aren't a whole lot of wedding venues that allow dogs anywhere near their property, not even for photographs, and not even when they're two of the cutest and sweetest dogs on all of the Internet.

Can you believe anyone could turn these faces away?!

But as all happy stories have happy parts, the couple eventually found The Abbey House Hotel and their staff were more than happy and enthusiastic to invite Phil and Niko along the way for their family's special, special day!

The fluffy dogs were very well behaved and seemed to fit in perfectly on such a special day.

Sadly, the venue did not let Milo come along but he still looked dapper on the special day.

The dogs though didn't just show up to the ceremony, they were apart of it!

Niko wore a go-pro the entire time and was able to film the entire ceremony for Milo at home and everyone else who wanted to peek in on the big day.

So, Niko was the camera guy but what about Phil?

Phil was definitely not forgotten nor was he useless. He was on the prestigious flower duty.

The adorable dogs even got to go to the celebration afterwards where they may have rivaled the bride herself with popularity. It's not hard to see why though!

So Phil and Niko the famous Instagram pups got to be an important part of Shane and Emma-Leigh's special day and our hearts are forever warmed by the images we get to gaze at. A beautiful family, indeed!

(Seriously, I could look at these ALL day!)
