Most t-shirts don't really make any sense at all, it's usually just a combination of words and names of famous places
This drives people to seek something more meaningful, even if it means embarrassing yourself in front of everyone. This girl is so confident in her appearance that she wants to make everyone else feel bad about their weight, she could've just enjoyed being skinny without having to rub it on people's faces.
