If you absolutely adore every part of the magical animal kingdom that is a dog then I'm pretty sure you're going to love this! Everybody knows that dogs look goofy when they run, play, sneeze, and most importantly, jump, so what could someone possibly do to make them look more hilariously cute? How about taking photos of them falling?

That's exactly what Julia Christe, a German photographer did when she came up with the idea of snapping dogs mid-air! But don't worry, the self-confessed dog lover made sure that everything she did with the dogs was totally safe. 

She had the owners of each dog drop them onto a soft mattress from the lowest height possible, and used wind machines to create the effect of a much bigger fall. 

So don't feel bad about enjoying these photos! She said that a lot of the dogs actually enjoyed the jumped and demanded that their owners let them jump repeatedly, but admitted that the surprise of the first fall often gave her the best photos.
