Lee asked his girlfriend Sthuthi to marry him by creating an animated experience where they became characters in her favorite movie, 'Sleeping Beauty.'
Lee's girlfriend appeared bewildered upon noticing a discrepancy in one of the scenes.
Lee, with the assistance of illustrator Kayla Coombs, modified the scene in which Prince Phillip kisses Princess Aurora on the lips to wake her up. In the altered version, Prince Lee produces a ring box and tosses it to the real-life Lee, who catches it.
We may not have exact information about how many times Lee rehearsed everything flawlessly, but one thing is certain - he executed it all splendidly.
Cardiologist Sthuthi is one lucky girl!
“A few years back, a friend of mine told me he was planning to propose to his then-girlfriend, and I suggested he should “Forrest Gump” himself into her favorite movie, and then have his on-screen character “toss” the ring to his real-life self. I don’t know where that idea came from, but it felt fun and magical, and it played into my skill set as a filmmaker. He didn’t think it was right for him, so I filed it away for later use.”
Lee knelt down on one knee and asked for his girlfriend's hand
