Memories from our childhood play a significant role in our lives and form our persona as a person today. Especially things we ate in our childhood build up our taste buds and are a substantial part of our current eating habits.
As children, we ate every kind of junk food that was introduced in the market. But there were some items whose taste hooked on to our taste buds that sold only for a short period in the market and suddenly disappeared for some reason.
Sometimes, even as adults, we crave some of those items that are no longer sold in the markets yet hunt for them from store to store with the hope of getting lucky. The real issue that arises here is that the alternate products of these items do no justice to the original one.
Just a mere glance at these disappeared food items brings back the memories of their packaging, some unique features, taste, and even the smell and hits me with a wave of nostalgia. Lucky are those who tasted most or all of these food items.
When you go through these items, I’m sure nostalgia will do its job on you, pour in many memories from your past, and even pop some names from among your childhood friends. Share this with those friends and relive your memories.
