Reviews are very rampant these days as it is a way to tell others whether you had a good or bad experience. Having a good review means people are more inclined to patronize you, but having a bad review might get you the opposite.
If you like your coffee with oat milk, this negative review of Café Van Gogh, a vegetarian restaurant in Brixton, may come as a surprise. As indicated by the disappointed customer, they had to drink oat milk since the restaurant didn't have "ordinary milk" to serve them.
According to the review, it says the restaurant is vegan-friendly but it happens to be just vegan. The review also said that the oat milk cappuccino that they were served had a "porridge" taste to it.
The owner of the restaurant, named Steve Clarke, is a 47-year-old man who sees to the daily management of the non-profit business along with the head chef and co-owner, Bonita de Silva, who chose to react to the bad review of their restaurant. So they wrote a mic-dropping reply, which put the customer in place and also won the hearts of the people online.
Alongside the screenshot that Steve shared on the restaurant's page on Facebook, they added a caption that said, "You can't win them all." Read everything that transpired in full as you scroll down.
The restaurant is a non-profit social venture that recruits and trains adults with learning inabilities, and according to them, they run on kindness.

cafevangoghldnNo doubt some reviews are biased because some individuals tend to look for something to use as leverage to rate a review lower, despite having a good experience or despite the fact that they’re actually the ones at fault but won’t admit it. Either way, people tend to research and read reviews about things they want to buy or patronize before actually going for it.

Frances Ann FarrarSome reviews are good, some are bad, and some are so terrible that one would wish that there was a zero star to give. Notwithstanding, it’s not right to want "normal milk" and head to a vegan restaurant when you know you won’t get what you want there.
