When buying a home, most people want to know about what needs to be repaired, or they have visions about what they'd most like to renovate to increase the aesthetics of a residence. Some want to invest in a shack with the hopes of using it as a means for income by renting it out to other people.

But some of us what a long term place that we can call home. A place that we can relax in after a long day at work and totally be ourselves. We want to create good memories. But that would be hard to do in the following house, where memories are left imprinted on in more ways than just residual energy.
