İsmail Atmaca, a restroom attendant in the small Turkish town of Birecik, was going about his duties when he noticed something out of the corner of his eye. He went out to investigate and realized that this wasn't just any ordinary object—it was a juvenile crow that had fallen out of a tree and was struggling to fly.
So he did what any good person would do and brought him back to his booth for food and water. Little did İsmail know that this would be the start of a unique friendship.
The crow would later show its gratitude and repay Ismaili for all of the kindness by doing something he would've never imagined.
Ismail and his birdy friend, Cabbar
SABAHIsmail decided to take the crow to work with him the next day after caring for him at home the previous evening. This became their routine after a while, but the rescued crow became more than just a companion.
Cabbar, as the bird is now known, apparently noticed Ismail collecting money from people who wanted to use the facility.
According to him, "First, Cabbar started playing with coins in the booth. Then he started taking them from customers."

ROMANYA HABERIsmail and Cabbar have a very special bond.
"He doesn't leave my side," Ismail said. "He always wants to sleep on my lap. He's happy, and he makes me happy, too."
Whenever Ismail wants a break or has to leave his booth, Cabbar stays behind to collect coins or banknotes from customers. Interestingly, when people try to walk by without paying, Cabbar lets out a piercing shriek to call back their attention.
During their shift, a local news crew filmed the event to document their unusual working arrangement.
Here's a video of Cabbar at work:
Cabbar has been increasingly self-sufficient in recent weeks as he has grown stronger since being rescued. He can come and go as he pleases, yet he always returns to the booth to spend time with Ismail.
