Woman Gets Uninvited To Parent's Christmas Celebration After Requesting That They Send Her Husband A Separate Invitation
It's not everyday that this type of argument starts because of a couples invitation.

We are here with yet another Reddit post that someone has added to the AITA thread. We love having these posts on here so we can dissect the story, come up with our own opinions, find the best comments on the post, and more!
This AITA thread is usually where people go to share a story and then find out if they were the one that's wrong in the situation. This could be that they're wrong for what they did, how they reacted, or just their role in the situation, period.
Reddit commenters are usually pretty good at judging the situation and coming to a verdict. This time though, spoiler alert, the comments stated OP was indeed TA in this situation.
This probably didn't go as expected in OP's head, but I think OP now understands who the real AH is in this situation, and it's actually not even her. So if you want to hear more about this story and what we think of it, then keep on reading.
We're going to dive deep into this post on Reddit to show what people had to say about it all in order to come up with the AH verdict. Ler's dive in and hear the full story.
Here is how OP started off their post on Reddit about this conflict between the husband and her family.
Lukeproblem135
Then OP goes on to explain that they got an invitation to a Christmas celebration, but her husband had an issue with how it was addressed.
Lukeproblem135
The parents explain that they meant nothing by it and said that her husband was being dramatic.
Lukeproblem135
This is when OP finally says they won't go if they don't send the invitation to her husband.
Lukeproblem135
OP ends with this.
Lukeproblem135
She then edits to add that she received the invitation in the form of a text and that a text to her husband would suffice.
Lukeproblem135
Then she came back with and update to basically state that she realized her husband was the one in the wrong.

The first comment is golden and it seems everyone else thinks so too. Check out part two below.
Straight-Singer-2912
This commenter really had a lot to say and ask OP. They took some jabs at what's really going on here.

Some people thought there was more to the story and they wanted to know the backstory.
ResponsibleAd2541
This one is a long comment but they had so much good stuff to say to OP. Hopefully it made them open their eyes.
Hoisendonyrownpetard
This comment went on to describe how her husband is and what his intentions were in causing the argument.
Hoisendonyrownpetard
Then the commenter ends with this and adds and edit in there for a different perspective.

It's safe to say people did not go easy on her.

Unfortunately this happens in a lot of toxic relationships.
fuzzydogpaws
This is exactly the problem and many people here can se it. He should have just said he didn't want to go.
ryoryo72
Unfortunately this is how a lot of comments sounded.
ELSquared71
Obviously it's the husband's fault here.
Potential_Speech_703
It's safe to say that every comment pointed out how wrong OP's husband was and that he was the true AH. Unfortunately, a lot of people guessed that her husband was manipulating her and that he definitely didn't have her best interest at heart.
What do you think about this? Do you agree with the comments?
