Rihanna Criticized For Performing At '£5 Million' Wedding Of Billionaire Couple

Aging like fine wine has never been more appropriate
Women's battle for inequality has been a centuries-long fight. Those who come before us have had to endure unfair labels and stereotypes branded onto us by men who believe women are less than.
It is true that we have come a long way in this struggle. Women can now freely vote, get an education, and strive for a life that affords them happiness.
As trivial as it sounds, one thing that we can't seem to shake off is the unattainable beauty standards set by a society that deems women as commodities for its pleasure. It's ingrained in us that you have to look a certain way in order to be considered attractive.
Sometimes, women get trapped in this cycle and judge other women very harshly if they believe they are not conforming to the societal norms of beauty. One of the most recent instances of women receiving backlash for not looking the part was experienced by none other than, Meghan Markle.
The British media rolled out dozens of news stories and articles criticizing her looks. Her pregnancy did nothing to soften their harsh words instead, it seemed to egg them on to come up with even more horrible ways to comment about her appearance.
This kind of garbage thinking is not just limited to a woman's size, race, or societal status. Another ridiculous thing women are measured by is age; particularly how young they're supposed to look as they grow older.
Hollywood does not look kindly on aging actresses. However, in more recent years, female celebrities are going against the expectations of ageless beauty by fully embracing their natural appearances, and needless to say, this subtle form of rebellion is laudable.
There's no denying that beauty is one of the reasons female celebrities are famous for. The world's obsession with youth and anything new needs to change and these powerful women are leading the way.
We simply cannot discard or dismiss women for aging. Growing older is a natural thing; it is unfair to expect women to look the same as when they were 20 years old and automatically brand them as "ugly" when that is just untrue.
