OP should do more research before dismissing his GF's claims of litter box anxiety

If it bothers him so much, OP can wear noise-cancelling headphones because meowing at his cat is not the solution he thinks it is

Their cat isn't going to know that OP scaring him was a punishment for him doing the same thing while OP was in the bathroom the day before
