Clingy Cat Wouldn't Let His Owner Go To Class So She Just Brought Him With

If you've ever had a cat, you've surely thought several times about bringing your cat everywhere you go. We all love our cats, and sometimes we can't bear the thought of being separated.

Cats themselves are no different. Sometimes cats are clingy and have separation anxiety and at moments like those, there is nothing you can do but stay with your cats. or take your cats with you.

One student from China did just that. She took her one-year-old Munchkin cat, a breed known for its short legs, to class. Viral video shows the cat silently lying inside the school desk and looking around, apparently trying to hide from the professor.

Ms. Wen, the cat's owner, told the reporters that she had to bring him to the class after he wouldn't let her leave home without him.

This cat is especially cute with his short legs.

Ms Wen, a university student from Xi'an in north-western China, told the reporters she was getting ready for class on Friday morning when her cat, Ba Dun, started cuddling with her.

"Ba Dun kept cuddling up to my leg and looking really sad because he wanted me to stay with him," she said.

"But I was running late for my class. I couldn't bear letting him down, so I brought him with me to the classroom," Ms Wen explained.

After concealing the cat inside her school desk, Ms Wen captured on video the cute scene as Ba Dun is lying quietly, evidently trying to stay unnoticed.

"He was being really good and didn't make any sounds," said the owner.

Ba Dun's name loosely translates as "eight meals." He was given this interesting name because of his enormous appetite, Ms Wen said.

"He could definitely eat eight meals every day if I let him."

Thanks to Ba Dun's stealth talents, the professor didn't notice anything odd at the time and only found out after the video became viral.

Ms Wen posted the video on the Chinese TikTok-like Douyin, and it gathered more than 300 million views.

One viewer commented: "Oh my god, does he realize how adorable he is?"

Another viewer replied: "Look at those big, curious eyes! He is studying hard as well."

While Ba Dun enjoys being in class, another cat in China clearly doesn’t like homework and would rather play.

In this video, Zai Zai, a seven-month-old American shorthair, is trying to distract his young owner who was trying to focus.
