Redditors Go Berserk After Roommate’s New Cat Endangers The Health Of Lovely Sick Kitty, Noodles

We believe that the majority of people would live alone if given the option. However, since rent is expensive, the majority of us live with roommates.

At that point, all you can do is hope you have a roommate that respects your personal space. That appears to be the typical error people make while moving in with friends.

You're living with someone you thought you loved, and all of a sudden, you're beginning to understand that you didn't really know them as well as you thought you did. This is what happened in a Reddit post that we came across, in which the OP and the friend of ten years moved in together.

You'd think they could figure it out because their friendship has been around for a full decade. However, it only took a year for everything to start to go wrong.

Noodles, an ill cat owned by OP, is cared for by them. You won't want to miss the photo of Noodles as it is part of the story, which you’ll find below.

Noodles is one of the cutest kitties we've ever seen, and with all the health problems she’s had, we like the kitty even more. Noodles is just about half the size of a typical cat, requires daily medicine, and for OP, her health has taken precedence above everything else.

So they were really annoyed when the OP’s friend, Brett, brought home Missy, a random cat he had picked up off the street.

Apparently, Noodles and Missy got into a fight right away, which completely altered his behavior. The OP was forced to make a decision, which is why this story arrived on the shores of Reddit.

How can they persuade Brett to let Missy go? How can they keep Noodles safe?

Are they wrong to stay in a single-pet home? Find all of that and more as you read what other redditors had to say.

At first, this Brett doesn't come off as a horrible man. If you can communicate with him and explain things to him, there shouldn't be any problems.

But then, I guess it’s not everything that can be discussed with him. The OP added an edit later on just to let us know how everything penned out.

And here is the first and second update

Since Brett has been living with Noodles for a year, he ought to love the cat as much and not want to endanger her. We don't believe he brought Missy home with malice in his heart.

But in this case, a little common sense would have been helpful. What are your thoughts concerning this story?
