Mother Transforms Her Son's Food Into Cartoon Character-Themed Healthy Meals
All the meals look appetizing too.

It's so hard to make kids eat veggies. Regardless of how good they are for our bodies, they refuse to listen.
But did you know that there's a reason why children don't like those healthy veggies? The little ones need tons of energy because of how active they are.
Therefore, it's only natural that they look for food that will give them tons of it. They specifically want those with glucose, the fuel that the body prefers.
There aren't too many calories in vegetables. So they aren't necessarily the food for people who have so much energy.
Since veggies have a lot of indigestible fiber, they end up digesting with energy that's equivalent to the calories they contain. With the energy needs of children, vegetables simply can't keep up with their demands.
Of course, this fact won't stop parents from serving what they know is good for their children. But how do they make it appetizing for the little ones?
Well, one parent has an answer to that problem. Laleh Mohmedi turned those veggies into cartoon characters that her son loves so much.
By doing so, his son is encouraged to eat healthy meals. From his beloved Pixar monsters to Disney characters, the mother creates dishes out of meat, pasta, vegetables, and other dinner staples.
Mohmedi snaps photos of her creations and shares them on Instagram. Let's take a look!
