Bristol Mother Shares Touching Last FB Post Before Fatal Cosmetic Surgery

People make mistakes and it's absolutely normal. But, if you are a physician then a mistake can cost someone a lot, even their life.

So, the unwritten rule is that a physician must not allow himself to make a mistake, but unfortunately, it happens sometimes. A recent physician's mistake cost five girls their mother's life.

A beauty therapist and mother of five from Bristol, Alice Webb, tragically passed away at just 33 years old after undergoing a cosmetic procedure known as the 'liquid Brazilian Butt Lift.' Alice had undergone a risky procedure, which typically involves injecting hyaluronic acid to enhance the size and shape of the buttocks.

Although the surgery can be completed in around an hour, it comes with considerable risks. According to online sources, the cost can exceed £2,500.

However, for Alice and her family, the cost was too high. It is believed that Alice's procedure was carried out by an individual with no medical qualifications.

Following her tragic death, Gloucestershire Police arrested two people as part of their ongoing investigation. In what has been revealed as her final act on social media, Alice shared a heartfelt Facebook post dedicated to her 12-year-old daughter just hours before she became critically unwell and passed away in the early hours of Tuesday, September 24.

In the final hours before falling ill late Monday night, she had posted on Facebook about a thoughtful gift from her 12-year-old daughter, Gracie. Sharing a photo of a small Halloween pumpkin placed on a coffee table, Alice wrote,

"My Gracie came back with a present today. How cute xxx." Later, she added another photo of the carved pumpkin, now glowing with a tealight inside, commenting: "My little lamp xxx."

After news of her passing spread, Alice's friends began leaving tributes in the comments section of her post. One friend poignantly wrote, "To light your way in the dark," while another simply posted, "RIP."

Earlier that same day, Alice had proudly shared a video of another daughter singing, reflecting on her progress over the years: "Found this!! Think this was 5 years ago. She's always sang! Gets better & better through the years."

In the wake of her loss, Alice’s partner, Dane, expressed his gratitude for the support they had received. In an emotional Facebook post, he wrote, "Want to say a heartfelt thank you to all family and friends that were here for us at our time of need, including all of the kind messages sent to my children and myself.

There were some very beautiful messages sent by some of your children that formed the start of a smile from the corner of my kids' mouths. Please, please have these five girls' feelings at heart here."
