Our narrator’s (Original Poster’s) boyfriend was granted the honor of being the best man at his cousin's wedding. This meant the fate of the bachelor party was also in his hands, and he had the perfect lineup for a kick-ass weekend.

Initially, the plan was a Myrtle Beach extravaganza minus the stereotypical strip club visit—a detail he emphasized to ease OP’s concerns. However, fate had something else in store, as scheduling conflicts forced a last-minute change of plans.

The revised bachelor trip included an Airbnb, go-karts, and, to OP’s dismay, the infamous strip club. She was absolutely furious but decided to back down and respect this so-called ‘traditional’ choice.

The bachelor’s weekend came and went, and the boys were back in town for the wedding. As everyone lined the pew to cheer on the newly wedded couple, OP couldn’t help but notice her boyfriend’s odd behavior.

He was suddenly distant and avoiding eye contact, not to mention unusually overly emotional. I mean, it was customary to cry during weddings, but this was a bit over the top. Something was clearly amiss.

It wasn’t long before he pulled aside for a confession of sorts. Apparently, a stripper recognized him from his Airbnb booking—huh? Then, his unusual interest in her “fast life” led him to her apartment, where she tried to jump him but failed. 

Apart from the fact it was the dumbest story OP ever heard, her boundaries were crossed, and the trust was shattered. Who knows what bizarre parts of the story he kept concealed?
