Redditor Shares How Birds Do Not Have Bladders Or Urethras Rather They Excrete Their Poo And Pee Together
"The uric acid also is why bird poop is white instead of brown"

You may or may not know this piece of information but birds do not urinate. Not in the conventional sense, at least.
They sort of get a two-for-one deal with their feces and urine. Birds lack a bladder or urethra, with the exception of the ostrich, but they do have kidneys that remove nitrogen, just like humans do.
As an alternative, they turn the nitrogen into uric acid, which is subsequently combined with intestinal solid waste and evacuated. Bird poop is also white rather than brown because of the uric acid.
As a result, if you've seen a bird defecate, you've also probably seen it pee. Bird droppings are rich in phosphorus and other elements that plants appreciate, so they can be a terrific addition to compost or fertilizer.
Since it can burn your plants when applied at full intensity, it normally shouldn't be used as a fertilizer on its own. Bird droppings should only ever be used in a compost mix since they can sometimes carry harmful diseases that are bad for people.
Although chicken manure is an excellent fertilizer, it must first age for six to twelve months before it can be used because of its high nutrient content. All these are what a Redditor found out and chose to share it with the TodayILearned subreddit community.

mercurynewsIn reality, bird feces itself isn't white. In contrast to mammals, birds lack separate excrement and urine outlets. Through the cloaca, both waste products are expelled simultaneously.

RedditIn contrast to mammals, which mostly excrete nitrogenous wastes in the form of urea, birds convert it to uric acid or guanine, which minimizes water loss. The result is a paste that is white and sticky.
Therefore, the white portion is actually bird poop; the dark center is the actual poop. Here are more comments below.
