Lady Gets The Last Laugh After Trying For Years To Take Away Her Neighbour's Barking Dogs, Feels Guilty About It Later On

Dogs love to bark but they can be trained to do otherwise. Even the most ardent dog lovers among us become irritated when the neighbor's dog barks all day long, since that is how they communicate.

The constant barking causes stress for the neighbors and interferes with work and sleep. Although we can't expect our neighbors' dogs to be completely bark-free, persistent barking is frequently a sign of more serious problems.

Dogs who are fond of barking and don't stop typically want to express something. Sometimes it's better to train your neighbor than your dog, especially when they refuse to do nothing about the incessant barking.

The OP had a certain couple move in as his neighbors. The man was very nice, but his wife would scream at him constantly.

They would have huge battles, and finally, the man had enough and moved out. The wife started accumulating a lot of dogs, and she's gone through 10 dogs on a rotating basis in the last several years.

Her dogs bark constantly, and there isn't a minute that goes by on any day where her dogs aren't barking. The OP tried very politely to ask her if she could bring them in so she could get some sleep, but she said no since they scared her birds.

The OP got tired of this constant barking and decided to take matters into her own hands. Keep scrolling to read about the hurdles the OP had to pass through to get to her goal.

I have thought about it and this is not a legal issue, since I've been going round and round with this situation for almost 1.5 years, I am very well aware of my legal rights/responsibilities.

Barking is only one of the issues and the one that affects me the most, but she is also hugely neglectful of the dogs and doesn't take care of them beyond feeding them. I put the main issue in the title.

As we all know, dogs are social animals, and long stretches of time spent alone can cause them to develop undesirable habits, such as barking. Dogs can bark to get attention or to vent their boredom or loneliness, and this is not their fault, as they're just doing what they've been ingrained to do.

They are unhappy, and as a result, the neighborhood will feel it. The OP has also offered options to improve their lives, and her neighbor didn't take it, so she got what was coming to her.
