The OP explained:

The OP said her cousin announced her arrival 2 hours before the event:
But she constantly complained that the food was too salty and that they should have made separate food for them:
The OP suggested they rinse the meat, but the cousin wanted the OP to go and buy unseasoned meat:
But the OP's husband refused, and the OP wonders if every parent changes their perspective like her cousin:
The cousin should have announced his arrival earlier
She can't expect baby food if she doesn't request it
"Those parents are nuts"
The baby could eat anything else
"If your child has special food needs, you bring food for the child"
Considering the fact that the OP's cousin announced her arrival just two hours before the event, there was no way for the OP to prepare them separate meals. They should have brought the baby food with them or asked the OP for something else.
Anyway, their request to leave the guests and the event to buy them unseasoned meat was way too much selfish.
