Woman Spends Thousands Of Dollars To Transform Herself Into Princess Ariel

Kelly is a lady who is utterly obsessed with Disney characters, so much so, that she transformed herself into a mermaid and spent $3000 doing it. 

Always wanting her career to be performing as a professional mermaid, Kelly was able to make her dreams come true and her determination continues to inspire young kids around the world to keep a hold of their dreams and strive to be exactly what they want to be. 

Her silicone tail costs a large amount of money, and she spends her days swimming around and entertaining, as well as attending festivals in her Disney Mermaid get-up.

1. The cost was $3000 to transform her human self into a mermaid.

The tail is the most expensive part, weighing 60 lbs and made of silicone.

Grand Turk is where Kelly swims among the rocks and coral and she films videos here for her YouTube channel.

She dresses like Ariel from The Little Mermaid and swims through the ocean in her costumes, and can hold her breath for up to 3 minutes.

Ariel's human dress is another costume that Kelly uses, and swaps up her fins for this occasionally.

This costume was used on board a cruise ship so that she could still be Ariel on land.

She also likes to visit aquariums such as Florida aquarium and marvel at the fish.

Her costumes and character are displayed at conventions and needs to be wheeled in so her tail isn't damaged.

The cos playing helps Kelly to advertise her mermaid business.

Quitting her job in order to fulfill her mermaid life, she also models in her underwater costumes for her fans.

Disney's The Little Mermaid has really become a real life girl.
