Obviously it's the roommates fault for not checking as she was drinking someone else's milk especially if she has an allergy honestly.

So many people said that OP was not in the wrong here because of this and it's very clear that OP's roommate is the one in the wrong here.

I would most definitely be honest with the roommate and let her know that it's her fault that she had an allergic reaction because she was eating someone else's things.
